Registering of Trusts
We register Inter Vivo Trusts on an ad hoc basis proposed by Beraca Accountants & Auditors to their clients.
A trust is created by drafting a trust deed and registering the trust with the local High Court.
The trust become effective as soon as it is registered,
as The Master of the High Court will issue a Letter of Authority containing the Trust Name and Registration Number of the Trust as registered in the Deed Office.
